Florida Coast to Coast 2009 PostponedAdventurous Concepts (AC) regrets to inform you this year’s Florida Coast to Coast Adventure Race 2009 has been postponed due to the low registration of teams. As you are aware, our community is not immune to the current economic environment and its uncertainty. We have been organizing these events as community projects these past years and I’ve personally funded when registration fees have not met our expenses. This year, however, our financial exposure would be too great based on the number of registrations and thus would hamper our ability to put on future races. The decision to postpone was not taken lightly but we believe is the most appropriate to ensure the organization’s continuity. AC will refund 100% of registration fees within the next two weeks.
